On all occasions, delivery was on time or earlier and 4Home.co.za assisted without any problem to exchange the incorrect tri pod I ordered. It really was hazzle free and Michelle who I dealt with, was extremely professional. I haven't had a chance as yet to use the dumpy level and tri pod, but I am sure I will not be disappointed coming from an architectural and civil engineering back ground.

Took my coffee machine to be serviced. The people were so helpful and so kind, was so refreshing to be served by truly happy and friendly people.

My first time delivery took a while but to be fair it does state it will take 3-10 days but as soon as the courier was given the go ahead it was delivered within 24hours. The product was packaged carefully and no mishaps. I love the air fryer and have been using it everyday since received. Safe, cool to touch and very stylish. The only drawback is that the basket is tricky to place back into fryer. Perhaps their is a knack to it but I have not found it yet so its rather irksome as one has to work carefully with the return of drawer.

Best price on the product. However 5 days after ordering I had to send a mail to enquire about progress. All my mails were answered promptly and eventually received the product today 15 days after placing the order. Saving R900 compared to takealot was worth it
