Guarantee & Returns


All products sold by are covered by a "carry in guarantee" unless specified for a 7-day Guarantee against defects.

Items may be returned for refund, replacement or repair subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, this excludes delivery costs.

Please note that returns will not be accepted if the items returned are not in their original packaging, namely; box, accessories, remotes, etc and if the packaging is damaged.

All products must be returned in original condition (No box can be damaged) including packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories.

Products that have physical damage will be sent to the supplier for evaluation, and if found to be due to negligence, will not be covered by that suppliers guarantee policy.

Upon receiving the returned faulty item or items, we will send it to our supplier for testing and should the product be defective our supplier will repair or replace the item. 

Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

All non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.

If unopened goods are returned within 7 days, you will receive a refund excluding transport costs. 

Please note that if goods are opened and still in working order you will be charged a handling fee of 15%.

No returns will be accepted after 7 working days and will be treated as a warranty.

Air conditioners must be installed by a qualified Aircon installer and proof of installation is required on warranty claims.

Electrical appliances that require any wiring to be done must be installed by a qualified electrician and proof of installation is required on warranty claims. E.g.: (Ceiling fans, Wall mount fireplace heaters and wiring of Air Conditioners).

All consumables, IE: printer cartridges, capsules, etc, are not guaranteed.


E.F.T. Refunds are subject to T&C's.
All Card refunds are charged a Bank reversal fee by the Bank of 2.9% + R1.00 (Non-Refundable) T&C's.
All Ozow refunds are charged a Bank reversal fee by the Bank of 2.5% (Non-Refundable)


All products carry a manufacturers guarantee.
This varies from brand to brand as noted under each product. (See Below).


All products are backed by the related suppliers within South Africa only.
Only Philips Products are covered by a World Wide Guarantee.
